Mr. Gerald J. Kettler has over 49 years of management and professional level experience in the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation of physical facilities. He is a licensed professional engineer in nine states and certified in many specialties including commissioning, test and balance, building audit, energy modeling, and environmental management. He has performed as commissioning authority and other USGBC LEED administration functions for over 300 LEED projects and is a LEED Fellow. Mr. Kettler has worked for a variety of architectural, engineering consulting, construction, testing and management companies. This has given him wide experience in the design, construction, testing, commissioning and operation of facilities. He has been active on many ASHRAE and other organization committees that develop industry wide codes, guidelines and standards, and currently serves as chair of ASHRAE SSPC 300, Commissioning. He served as founding chair of the Dallas 2030 District.
