At the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Brandon leads policy development and design review of all projects in the nationwide landscape architectural portfolio. In 2015, GSA reached a decision to adopt the SITES certification program, with a minimum silver rating, for GSA’s capital construction program. The GSA owns and leases over 375 million square feet of space in more than 2,200 communities nationwide.
