I am a landscape architect with over 20 years of planning streetscapes and parks, in private and public settings. In 2010 I finished a Master’s in Environmental Engineering focusing on stormwater management with an emphasis on the integration of bioretention cells in the urban space. My experience in landscape architecture allowd me to develop an expertise in masterplan designs that integrate sustainable stormwater management and construction techniques in a city context. Promoting an integrated and holistic design approach, I have worked in a variety of projects where civil and electrical engineering, as well as architecture and urbanism professionals collaborating at all levels. My professional and academic experience gives me a more global perspective that allows to combine clients, users and designer’s needs in the creation of an integrated and sustainable urban landscape project.
I have participated in a number of technical guides for the landscape industry, as well as the provincial stormwater design guide and the canadian bioretention standard. A also lecture on sustainable stormwater management and planning in a sustainable context for the industry and the municipal sectors.
