Harold is a Senior Urban Designer/Landscape Architect at HOK, with over 10 years of experience on projects ranging from large scale master plans to urban parks and everything in between. With his multidisciplinary background in architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design, Harold provides a unique perspective to planning and landscape architecture projects. He's passionate about designing and planning places that are ecologically resilient, functional, attractive, and socially beneficial to large and small communities and he’s looking forward to incorporating SITES strategies into planning and landscape architecture projects. Harold is LEED Green Associate, a Certified Planner (AICP), and a registered landscape architect in the states of Louisiana and Florida. harold.delarosa@hok.com
